Crossroads Care South East Suffolk is a independent local charity serving Ipswich, Suffolk Coastal and parts of Babergh..

We are affiliated to the Crossroads Care Association which is the largest provider of respite for carers in the UK. More than 6 million people give their time free of charge to care for a relative, friend or partner in the UK.

Peace of Mind

We aim to provide quality service for people with care needs. We offer Family Carers regular breaks by providing care in the home. Family Carers can leave their loved one to go shopping, meet friends, take part in activities or just have a rest elsewhere in the home.

We can provide reassurance and peace of mind to family members worried about a relative who is living alone. Not just a sitting service, we can take the cared for on outings and provide friendly companionship.

To make sure that our services are of a high quality, we are registered with the Care Quality Commission. This means that our service is inspected on a regular basis.
