Quality Services

To maintain quality of service we undertake regular reviews including:

• CROQUET inspection

(Crossroads Quality Evaluation Tool) is an innovative system that is used for auditing internal aspects of Crossroads services. CROQUET takes an in-depth look at all areas of a Crossroads scheme in order to ensure that a carer receiving support from Crossroads can expect to receive a high quality service. Areas covered include governance, finance, services, people and quality. This helps us maintain high standards of service, while developing services to meet carers changing needs. CROQUET has now been acknowledged as meeting the Commission’s Hallmarks of an Effective Charity standard.

• Annual Service Questionnaire

An annual service questionnaire is sent out to all our carers once a year to find out views of our services.

• CQC Inspection

Crossroads Care South East Suffolk is registered with and regulated by The Care Quality Commission. We are required to register because our service includes the provision of personal care to people with care needs. We get regular annual inspections.
